Ensure you get a few minutes of exercise every day. If you can’t spend an hour or so every day, spend a few minutes a day and more time when you can afford it. But ensure you get a few minutes of exercise, to keep those muscles strong and supple.


Eat healthily. One need not shift to a full healthy diet overnight but start shifting towards it. It is ok to eat a little junk every once in a while, but never make it a habit. Come up with a healthy diet plan if you are having difficulty in choosing the right foods every day.

Me Time

Set aside a few minutes in a day for yourself. It is easy to get carried away with your daily duties and forget yourself. This may not seem like an issue now but as time goes, this will fester into frustration and will change the way you handle situations. This need not be too much time in a day, it can be as simple as a cup of coffee all by yourself, where you can just enjoy your own company and not answer others.
